CABANYAL Y MALVARROSA: FROM 7th TO 10th AND FROM 14th TO 17th OF MAY
In the Cabanyal neighborhood, Casa Montaña is once again joining the initiative with two offerings that were very popular last year: its 1836+ tasting menu and wine by the glass. Two new establishments are also participating: La Sastrería, with a special wine-pairing menu for Urbanitas del Vino and wine by the glass; and Restaurante Kabanyal, offering wine by the glass to complement its culinary offerings.
The Malvarrosa neighborhood is also joining URbanitas del Vino this year. Casa Carmela will be participating with wine by the glass, while La Colonia de Carmela will offer a tasting menu. El Rincón de Adriana will present a wine-pairing menu, and Hermanos Barberá will combine a wine-pairing menu with wine by the glass.
BENIMACLET: BENIMACLET: FROM 14th TO 17th AND FROM 21st TO 24th OF MAYO
This neighborhood is another new addition. It will feature restaurants like QOM, Somiart, and La Negri, offering paired menus and wine by the glass.
PLA DEL REAL: FROM 21st TO 24th AND FROM 28th TO 31st OF MAY
For this neighborhood, the restaurants where you can taste the wines of the DO Utiel-Requena will be Alegal, Tonyina and Llebeig, with proposals that combine wine by the glass, paired menus and themed pairings.
L’EIXAMPLE : FROM 28th TO 31st OF MAY AND FROM 4th TO 7th OF JUNE
In this neighborhood, Escama, Memoria Gustativa and Maestro Bar will participate, with paired menus and wine by the glass.
RUSSAFA: FROM 4th TO 7th AND FROM 11th TO 14th OF JUNE
In the emblematic Rufaza neighborhood, you’ll find La Oficina de Carito y Germán, Bodega Biosca and Amor Amargo, with a gastronomic menu, pairings, wine by the glass and after-work drinks.
CENTRO: FROM 11th TO 14th AND FROM 17th TO 21st OF JUNE
Closing out this extended edition of URbanitas del Vino will be Borgia WineBar, Barecito, and Mirador Only You, offering tastings, wine by the glass, and various culinary experiences. To put the finishing touch on URbanitas, there will be a second afternoon gathering on Wednesday, June 17th. This will be one of the highlights of the program, and we will reveal more details later.
At URbanitas you can taste wines from the following wineries: Bodegas Utielanas, Bodegas Vibe, Calagata, Chozas Carrascal, Bodegas Covilor, Grupo Coviñas, De Moya, Dominio de la Vega, Emilio Clemente, Faustino Rivero Ulecia, Finca San Blas, Hispano Suizas, La Picaraza, Las Mercedes del Cabriel, Latorre Agrovinícola, Murviedro, Neleman Wines, Nodus, Novos, Pago de Tharsys, Paisego, Raíces Ibéricas, Bodegas y Viñedos Sentencia, Set Vins de Muntanya, Vegalfaro, Vera de Estenas, Vicente Gandía, Vinea Clausa, Vinos y Sabores Ecológicos and Valsangiacomo.
Activities in the neighborhoods will take place from Thursday to Sunday, except for specific events such as tastings, after-work gatherings, or afternoon get-togethers, which have specific dates and times.
The program will continue throughout the coming weeks with new experiences that will be revealed gradually, shaping the offerings that can be enjoyed on weekends in June—one of the main new features of this year’s event.

Wine tourism experience giveaways
New features this year include a social media giveaway of five wine tourism experiences. To participate, attendees must:
- Attend any of the program’s activities.
- Share a photo of your experience on your Instagram stories.
- Tag the DO (@doutielrequena).
- Use the hashtag #URbanitasdelVino
By participating, you’ll be entered into a drawing for a wine tourism experience featured in the 2026 Wine Agenda of the Utiel-Requena Designation of Origin. Winners will be announced on June 22nd on our social media channels.
