Plans featuring wines from 30 wineries of the DO over two months in seven different neighborhoods of Valencia
The Utiel-Requena Designation of Origin (DO) presents the extended version of URbanitas del Vino 2026, an initiative that brings the wines of its wineries closer to Valencia through fresh, engaging, and dynamic experiences.
This year the program evolves: it will take place during May and June, with more neighborhoods and new ways to enjoy the red, rosé, and white wines of the Utiel-Requena DO.
URbanitas del Vino 2026 becomes a comprehensive experiential program unfolding in seven neighborhoods: Benimaclet, Cabanyal, Centro, Eixample, Malvarrosa, Pla del Real, and Russafa.
Each neighborhood will host different activities, where the wine from the 30 participating wineries will be the central focus, inviting everyone to savor, discover, and enjoy Utiel-Requena DO wines at afternoon gatherings, tastings, pairings, and gastronomic events.
The initiative will officially kick off with its presentation on Thursday, May 7th at Casa Pescadores, aimed at media and food influencers, marking the start of two months of experiences open to everyone, running until June 21st.
During this period, the public can explore the wines at their own pace and enjoy each offering, while each activity highlights the wineries and their most outstanding wines, as well as the gastronomy of the venues, allowing them to discover DO Utiel-Requena wine in Valencia.
All information about activities, venues, and experiences will be available on a specific landing, in Spanish and English, where more news and surprises of this 2026 edition will be revealed.
